The Story
I had the life
I dreamed of.
Then I lost it.
I played college football at Tennessee, Wake Forest, and Austin Peay. Saturdays under the lights, competing at the highest level there is. From the outside it looked like everything I had ever worked for had finally arrived. And it had.
I hit my head and suffered a traumatic brain injury. Everything changed.
I went from training at a Division I level to struggling to get through a workout — struggling to get through a walk. The thing I had built my whole identity on was gone, and I had to find out what was actually underneath it.
That's where the Lord met me. In the lowest place I have ever been, He saved my life. Not the version of my life I had planned. A better one.
I train people now because I know what it feels like to lose your strength and have to go get it back. Our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. I want to help you steward the one you were given — with discipline, with purpose, and with a reason bigger than the mirror.
This is not just fitness.
It's being built again.
